PTA Presidents' Welcome
Welcome to a new year at Rosemary Hills Primary School!The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of Rosemary Hills Primary School welcomes you and your family to a new school year.
We have been working hard to update the Rosemary Hills PTA website (www.rhpspta.org) so that the information there is very relevant and timely. If you have a question about activities at the school, vacation days or how to find out a teacher’s email, please consult the web site first—you will probably find the answer here.
Please consider joining the RHPS list-serve, as it is an easy way to stay in touch with what is going on at the school. Members of the list serve are able to post messages and receive about school news and events. Please consult the website for more information.
We are also working to reduce the amount of paper that comes home in your child’s backpack. Look for the opportunity to receive Friday Flyers electronically later this fall.
We have added another playground structure to the RHPS playground! Based on our fundraising last year and some additional donations we received this school year, we have enough money to replace the "wooden" structure at the edge of the playground (closest to the street) We are also added 2 new benches near the black top. A water fountain has also been installed on the playground and we know this will make recess much more pleasant.
One of the aspects of our community at Rosemary Hills that makes it so special is the involvement of our parents in the school. We encourage you to take an active role in your child’s educational life and to get involved in whatever way you can.
